You can change the resolution of your computer by right clicking on the deskop>Properties>Settings Tab>Adjust the resolution with the sliding bar. The lower the numbers will give you larger print/fonts. 800X600 is probally what your second computer is at.

You can do the following:
1) Right-click the desktop
2) Click properties
3) Go to the Settings tab
4) Go to the sliding bar at the bottom that has the resolution
5) Change it as much as you like. The more larger the resolution numbers, the more pixels, and the more better the screen looks.
6) Click OK and your done.
NOTE: Depending on your video card and driver, the pixels may not go up so high. I have the following resolution:
1280 x 1020
Something like that.
Good luck!

right click on your desktop and choose properties and pick settings
do this on both machines, and compare settings, though if you have different video cards and monitors, you might not be able to make them look identical.
