I have no idea what it is but Its obvious. How can I get it out?
Small spots looks like oil, I have already tried soaking it in stain remover overnight and washing it.

This is going to sound crazy but it works spray the spot with oven cleaner then put them in the wash as usual. I used to do this when I worked in food service and it worked like a charm.
It never damaged any material but just in case I always use it as a last resort.

Try spraying those spots with hair spray. I know it works on ink and I'm pretty sure it works with oil spots.something in the hairspray counter acts with the oil

I get those on my clothes too.. I'm not sure what they are but if you figure out a good way to get them out, let me know :) I've thrown away TONS of clothes with those spots. I know for a fact they appear if you accidentally dried pants with chapstick in the pocket, but sometimes they appear out of nowhere...

You should have applied talcum powder to the oil when you first noticed it, to absorb the oil.

Perhaps try a dry cleaner now.
