Celebrities aren't too keen on giving out phone numbers. They don't really have phone numbers necessarily. They are always getting new numbers, like once a week or something. Most phone calls come their publicist who decides if they call will be transferred or not. If anyoen could call them, they'd never be able to get anything done because they'd be on the phone all day talking with fans. Imagine if there were 1000s of people all over the world wanting to talk to you!! They have to work, sleep and eat just like the rest of us. LOL
There is an organization called "Make A Wish Foundation" they will grant wishes like you are asking but you have to be dying or really bad off medically for them to process your "wish." That is if you live long enough for them to sort through all the wishes they get in order to grant yours.
