I don't know how long you've been trying to get pregnant, but if it's just been a couple months there's nothing to worry about. It can take people months and months to get pregnant, even up to a year. Just make sure you are having sex right around ovulation time. Every other day really is the best. If you have sex every day, your boyfriend's sperm won't be as strong. It doesn't have enough time to build up again. If you do it every other day, his sperm will be a lot better. Also, buy a pack of ovulation sticks. You can find them with the pregnancy tests. They will tell you when you are about to ovulate and then you will know when to start having sex. They can get expensive and you only get 5 in a pack and you might need more than that if your cycle is irregular. I've bought ovulation sticks and pregnancy tests online for so much cheaper than in the store and they're just as reliable. A GREAT website is www.testsforless.com They have reliable tests at great prices and they mail them to you really quickly.

I have never had a regular period in my life and when I had a hard time getting pregnant, it was discovered I had PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome). One thing I did to regulate my periods was to regulate everything else in my life. When I ate three healthy meals a day, lost some weight, exercised a little more, drank a lot of water, I had perfect 28 day cycles...Once that is the case, you can better predict when you are ovulating (14 days prior to your next period), so have a better chance of conceiving. But I wouldn't stress too much about it, if you think there is anything wrong, check with your doctor.

stop taking the medicine that you are on. That can cause problems with your body. Get your periods straight then try having a baby. Have sex three days after your period goes off. Try doing it doggie style. It worked for me.

It sounds like you are not ovulating. If you don't ovulate you can't get pegnant. Its something that can be dealt with easily, you just need to go see your ob/gyn. Tell them that you are having irregular periods and that you are ttc and they will help you. While a previous poster mentioned PCOS, there are alot other symptoms than just annovulatory cycles. If you are overweight, have skin tags, have blood sugar problems, abnormal hair growth, you may want to get tested for PCOS. I also suggest you get your thyroid tested. Your doctor can check for all of these with a simple blood test.

You need a doctors advice. It may be time to get both you and your boyfriend tested. It could be that he has a low sperm count. It isn't necessarily something wrong with you.

Don't commit to a baby if you can't commit to a marriage.
