If you are talking about strippers, then surely you know that there are male strippers, too. So where's the "double standard?" If you mean exposing yourself in public (out on the street)...what women are doing this and getting paid for it? You're going to have to elaborate. Even at Mardis gras, a lot of guys are given beads for "showing the goods" just like girls, and it's perfectly acceptable. Also, before new laws were passed, women were arrested for breast feeding in public, which is ridiculous, since women should have the right to feed their children without being harassed or arrested. It is not the same as a woman or man "flashing" in public, since there are no sexual connotations. So where's the double standard?

Are you talking about women who actually get paid for it, like in porn shows, strip joints, strip-o-grams, etc.?
Or just random women exposing themselves and getting paid for it? Your question doesn't make sense to me. I doubt that a random woman exposing herself gets paid for doing it public unless she knows someone who'll actually pay her to do it. Hmmm...
Did this cop you're talking about pay the woman to strip and pose with him or something? Wow! Where do you live, that you see these things?
Oddly, in my country, there are male strippers and male porn stars as well. There are also males who work for strip-o-gram places too. So on that note, men also get paid to expose themselves.
But also in my country, if a random man or woman expose themselves in public and get caught by the law, they will be arrested for indecent exposure, regardless of what gender they are...
A few years ago, a woman in Ontario was arrested for indecent exposure for exposing her breasts on a public beach to even her tan. *sighs* Then loads of Canadian women, along with some supportive men, protested nation-wide to permit topless women in public. They won of course, but women don't get paid to lie on the beach topless, nor do many people gawk at it. I dunno if any cops pose with them or not. ;))

I think you were wrong here. I saw the woman get arrested the other day on TV. She was doing what you just described. I don't think anyone ever make any money from doing it yet. You might dreaming or in the other world when that happened.

Because I for one would rather look at a naked redhead with bouncing boobies than a hairy dude any day of the week.
Most judges & lawyers would probably agree, and most policemen would be asking the woman for her phone number and not trying to arrest her.
This is of course saying we weren't all just staring at her as she ran by us in the Mall.

because over the corse of time men have built women up to be sex symbols. Like the playboy books, and hustler etc, you don't see (at least I havent') books with men like that very much. It is a cultural thing I guess. I wish it were more equal!
