Give him time to not be mad a then apologize to him. A family’s love is strong and he will be fine, he just needs some time to heal.
Remember words are sharper then a two edge sword - things we say can really hurt and effect people - always know your own limits when you get mad so you don't hurt the people you love - sometimes you need to cool off and think about what’s bothering you and then express that to that person - this will allow you to choose your words wisely and you will less likely say things you regret.
Good Luck

Just give him time. He's your brother, so you're not going to lose touch with him. Once he's cooled off, you can talk to him, if you see that as necessary. More than likely, once you two speak again, you will just pick up where you left off.
We all get mad and say things we don't mean, so don't get down on yourself for being human. All we can do is try to not lash out like that against the ones we love.
Good luck!

Give him some breathing room and in another day or two try making him a special dessert or give him a card telling him how sorry you are and what he really means to you.

Leave it till tomorrow and then try again, it is normal to argue and say things you don't mean to brothers or sisters but normally things go back to normal.

Give him time to cool down first, say you are sorry & that you are glad he is your brother & that you love him, the words i love you dont seem to be said often enough to our parents brothers sisters ect, so tell him you love him and you need each other, life is to short as it is. good luck.
