In the past I have done it over a stove. It takes awhile but you can do it. Is the blade wood? If so this will work, if its not I am not sure.
Do not put the blade on the stove hold it just above moving it back and forth to heat the entire blade. If toy put it on the burner it can catch fire so be careful.

Place a blow dryer a few inches from the blade and leave it on the blade for not more than a minute and a half. Make sure you get both sides of the blade. Once you´re done, quickly place the blade under a door or do it with your foot. Make sure you don´t break the blade or curve it too much.

Just remember, You don't want too much of a bend in the blade. If the opposing team see that you have a big bend in your blade, they can go to the Ref and ask for a measurement.

Use a torch at about 24 inches away. Use a glove to mold the blade though as it will be hot hot hot
