I have no confidence in what Bush is doing. It seems he is using the "war on terror" front as an oppurtunity to control oil reserves and occupy countries. 20,000 more troops is a terrible idea. Why not work on getting the troops that are already there home?

My confidence with Bush in handling the war is negative infinity (undefined and therefore, noexistant).

In the short term, I need to disagree with my party and say that we need more troops in Iraq at least for the next 6 months in order to stabilize the country. Plus, we need to keep soldiers on combat duty while we send other to train and support Iraqi troops.

I am completely against more troops... It's kind of obvious that he's in over his head with this and he needs to learn to listen to others and not just himself. I think he thinks that sending more troops will help, but in reality I believe it's just going to make the situation worse.

my confidence is equal Zero about send more troops in Iraq
it will not make any differences so the probability of any improvements is again equal Zero.

Before Bush was elected I never vote in my life
but now I learn what kind of damage a fanatic republican can do
so I will vote for democrats for the rest of my life not matter what.

Step back and think - (1) he is getting the oil he wanted, (2) He is ethnically cleansing the land by killing hundreds and thousands of Iraqi citizens and driving many more millions out of Iraq - readying the land for israel's occupation. Those are his objectives and he is accomplishing both.

I'll grade him a B. There are always things to criticize, but no war goes smoothly.

I support doing whatever it takes to prevail in Iraq.

It is interesting to see the number of previous answers from people who think that they can base operational strategy on their personal political opinions.

What does frighten me is the blind hatred people have for politicians of another political party. Sounds like they would want to make political opinions they disagree with illegal.
