Ladies and Gentlemen:
I own a home based business, and many times I will go out and try and sell some of my products. I don't push my products, meaning I don't "force" anyone to buy. I have a problem with a liqour store owner. He comes out and states, I can't sell my products in the strip shop complex. The liqour store is ONE of the businesses operating w/in this shopping complex. Does he have the right to tell me I can't sell there? However none of the other biz owners bother me, some even ask what is selling? Do tell.

He certainly has the "right" to tell you that you cant sell there, because he is correct. The property is private property, and the owner of the property is receiving remuneration from every shop to legally sell their products on his property. You do not have the permission, or the right to sell there. The liquor store owner will probably tell the center owner of his complaint, and you could be charged with trespassing. Remember, you represent a potential liability to the owner. Should anyone be injured by whatever you sell, they could enjoin the center in a lawsuit. Particularly if they have evidence that the owner was told (by the liquor store) of your illegal behavior, and they didnt act on it.

If the shopping center has a 'no solicitation' policy, then no, you can't sell there. He may just be informing you of the rule. If it does not, then no, he dosen't have the right to tell you to leave the other buisnesses. Most shopping centers do have that sort of policy.

Well, some shops and malls have rules against soliciting and I would call the strip shop manager and see if it was ok.If he or she says that it is,than you can ignore the liquor store owner.
