My Dr. gave me a list of OTC medicines that are safe to take while pregnant. You can pretty much take anything expect for med's that have "DM" in the name....I would ask my Dr. for a list of med's if I were you

Depending on which trimester you are in your Dr will tell you which ones are safe. I know from personal experience you can take Tylenol, mucenex, afrin nasal spray, Robitussin (only is its regular, not DM or any other letters after it)

Talk to your doctor and make sure you get the OK from them before taking any OTC meds.

Stick to Tyelenol and liquids. Ask your doctor about his ideas of any others. Decongestants are most contraindicated.
