As we age nephron tubules lose some of their ability to concentrate urine. What is the effect of this change?

Urine becomes more dilute, meaning there is a great percentage of water in the urine that reaches the bladder meaning more volume. This is why old people have to pee so much. Also in men it could be prostate problems. But that's a different story.
