Methods to deliver documents safely ?

Question

Can anyone suggest ways which I can deliver documents with secret information i.e Info of client account details..etc, to one of our branches securely ?

Eg: Hand deliver by an authorised personal / secure e-mail system....

Any other ways.....?

for an ultimate method:

Encode the document as an encoded electronic document as an image or pdf. Encode the document using typical keys such as PGP or other programs generate

split the resuting document into two documents and burn each half into a CD.

Send both CDs by separate randomly chosen messengers

your destination will have the decryption key which will not work unless both halves of the document arrive and are assembled.

All three pieces are needed to unlock the information and there is minimized likelyhood of collusion between the three parties.

awkward and timeconsuming but basicly simple and pretty secure.
