Does this llok right, and what should I do about it? Would this stop the car from firing? It fires if you spray the throttle body with gas for a second/

I am not sure exactly what you are asking. you might need to get a tune up or more likely if it is a firing problem, you need to get new spark plugs. you might also have a problem with fuel injectors so consider buying one of those fuel add ins and put it in your tank when you fill it up the next time.
as for that pic, it looks like gas to me. although in my opinion, where ever you got gas, they seem to be diluting it more, to make an extra buck. if you have a small amount of gas in extreme cold conditions it will freeze. that is why you should keep your tank full in the winter up north.

Change your fuel filter, it's most likly clogged. Plus the way the picture looks you have water in the tank. Drain it and when you fill it up again use a bottle of heat to take care of the rest of the water. You will have to flush your lines also.

If the car has been sitting for a long, long time gas almost turns into like a varnish. Has it been sitting a long time?

looks like to me the gasoline has gelled. No that doesn't look right and do not try and start the engine with that in the fuel llines.

Drain it out and have your tank cleaned. It is possible that you may have damaged the engine with whatever that is.

Sounds like you may have a bad fuel pump.

Run it down to almost empty and then refill with premium - it will be fine.
