That kid was up to something. He got what he deserved, but he'll make some money off of it.

It looks like The kid did something. Those people in those suits are sooo nice and I would hope they would hire someone who could handle kids. I mean they have to all the time, but I think that kid did somehting that cause a automatic reaction out of the guy in the suit. You can tell by the way he just all of a sudden grabbed the kid by the arm. That was a automatic reaction move!!! I think the parents are just tryin to make a quick dime!! Which is soo pathetic and horrible. Oh and they kid looked fine after the whole incident, tigger didn't even hit the kid that hard and the kid striked tigger back. I think it is a whole scam!!!!

honestly, I'm still looking for the footage. I have serious doubts that a mascot at a theme park would attack someone without provocation- I mean that's their job they're throwing away and I doubt it is for nothing.
Edit: okay just saw the video, it seems pretty obvious that the kid is doing something behind tigger's back.....who knows what, his arm is up pretty high so he couldn't be grabbing ol' Tigger in an R rated zone....but Tigger locks up the kid's arm first, so something was happening. Plus the look on the kid's face is really mischievous......still, probably a dumb move to hit him.

I seen a little bit of the footage, but there was no soundtrack to it. Maybe the kid said something he shouldn't have said. Who knows, maybe the family was out for money, or maybe Disney Land is looking for publicity.

I think that boy did something to provoke Tigger and we just don't see that on the video.

does tigger not have the right to defend himself???
maybe the parents of this kid instead of suing should ask
themself , 'How can we learn to be better people from this and
to teach our kid to be a better person?'
i'm not a lawyer and maybe tigger is guilty however i would hope
not because that would be the beginning of the end of anyone in
this country defending themselves.

I can't believe people they need to get control of their kids and stop being sue happy...just control the kids...Tigger only defended himself....

I would have to agree, why would he do that w/out being provokted? Or was he drunk too??
It looks like they are just messing around, the kid is smiling.
