Doesn't matter where it is or how much it's charged. I don't suppose there are any mobile experts out there tonight?

i have this problem a lot with certian mobile phone companys and in certian areas mainly. The best company to go with is vodaphone as they are able to cover most of great britian with a full bar signal. I have found that depending where you are in relation to where the nearest mobile phone mast to u is a problem with orange, O2, t mobile and three. my father in law lives in the middle of nowhere and the only phone company that can get a reception is vodaphone. Even in big areas like norwich i was having problems with reception. try changing your battery and if not helping then take the phone back and demand a refund and change phone companys as that shold not be happening on a brand new mobile phone

with the phone powered on take the battery out and the put it back in and power the phone up...

That is a hard reset and the should take care of any software problems that the phone is having.

Thanks so much
Best of luck to you
