Esp. when it shows scenes where they are getting an ultrasound? What do they use---computer graphics? Makeup on their stomach? What?

They do have the belly things that they wear under clothes. As for the ultrasounds, I would guess today they use computers, but I'm not sure for older movies like "Nine Months", since the technology wasn't necessarilly there.

alot of times they have a body suit with make up to look like the real belly, the actress just moves her abdomen muscles to make the belly of the body suit move a little to look like baby moving.

Sometimes prosthetics or a hollow bubble to give them the effect that they are pregnant.
