ok.... my bank called me and told me an odd transaction was coming through and ask if i wanted to stop payment

it was my auto insurance, and the charge was $100. more than my usual payment... AND... i just paid that bill last week

my auto insurance provider SWEARS that they didn't charge that

my bank SWEARS that they did

so i did a charge back, which cost me $27.50.... but one of these companys owes me this money back... which is it?

I would get a copy of the charge back and the original transaction from the bank and show it to your insurance rep and demand credit back!
