some people say pot is addicting while other say is is not addicting! So is pot addicting or not?

I always thought that it wasn't addictive until I dated a guy who, if he didn't have any was a mess. He was on the phone until he could get some and constantly looking out the window until his guy came. He was only calm when he had it. I smoked a lot in high school...from the time I woke up until the time I went to bed...and had no problem quitting. I miss it sometimes but if I do it now, I just get paranoid and want to crawl into a shell. My current fiance does it on occassion and doesn't seem to care if he doesn't have it.

Hard to say. Some people say it's not addicting but I think it can be for some people. Same as when people drink and some become alcoholics and others do not. I know people who have to smoke it every day while others smoke it once or twice and that's it. If it's not addictive, why do some people have cravings and suffer withdrawal. Those are signs of addiction.

It is not physiologically addictive. It can be psychologically addicting. (For some classic old BS watch the famous 1920'3 propoganda film "Reefer Madness.")

no I do not think that Marijuana has any addicting additives, however people may feel a need for the high although they can live without it.
