Use factor analysis to convert the numbers.

For example: say you have 5 cubic meters per hour.

(5 cu. m/ 1 h) * (264.17 gallons/1 cu. m) * (1 h/60 min)

You cross cancel the cubic meters and hours.. and you remain with gallons/minutes. Multiply across the top and place it over the multiplication across the top to get the answer.
