WHY???
Simple. It's a FIAT!!!
Accronym for "Fix It Again Tony!"
Sorry, but Fiat is a sh*tty car. I owned one and it was the bane of my existence till I sold it to another "sucker."
Get the radiator sealed, and sell it!
Or else you'll find yourself with a gasline leaking as well....

Water pump may have an O ring that shrinks with age and leaks around it after car is heated up leading to a need for a new water pump if it is like my 1995 mitsubishi expo.
If this is the case, it will only leak antifreeze on the ground a lot after you drive it, but not so much while parked overnight or parked for several days. It cost about $600 to repair it due to the fact that you might as well get the timing belt done at the same time and maybe some drive belts if cracked.
Another scenario would be like the 1995 Ford Tempo I had before that, where no antifreeze leaked on the ground, but instead the car was eating antifreeze and oil, due to some sort of engine crack (in the cylinder head?) and the antifreeze actually gets into the oil and it all gets burnt up in the engine and picked up by the catalytic converter as it goes out (so you don't necessarily see it burning oil in the exhaust).
Then, if you don't keep putting water with antifreeze and oil in the car (not together, but in the right compartments), well then you get an engine with no coolant and no oil which leads to the engine throwing a piston, a hellish loud noise with everyone looking, no car movement and calling the junk yard to pick up your car.

It could be a hose loose from the radiator a loose cap on the radiator or a busted hose. It could also be a hole in your over flow tank but most likly its a leak in your radiator. I dont know how much it will cost but the labor is likly to me more expensive then the parts. Good luck with that

The leak could be anywhere in the cooling system. That amount of water it could be a hose came loose.
Fill it up with water, get it hot and see if u can spot where its leaking from.
If it is the radiator itself, about £70 should get it recored plus cost of fitting/removing.

Every few miles? That is one serious leak. You should be able to easily pinpoint where the leak is coming from just by letting the car idle in the driveway. If it is as bad as it sounds...it should be pretty noticeable.
Could be the water pump, rad hoses, heater core, cracked engine block, etc...
Note the colour of your exhaust exiting the muffler. If it is really white...then you have coolant leaking into your cylinders. If it is clear, then it's probably leaking externally...

Other than the radiator, it could be a bad hose or a cracked block or the connector to the heater. First check the hoses to make sure that they are OK and that they are not the cause as they would be the easier thing to fix. Then check the radiator and on from there.

Do you have a crack in your water pump? Or are there any hoses to your radiator that have holes or have come loose..Always check the obvious stuff first before you go tearing into anything serious. Good luck!
