You can find the books at most bookshops these days. For cheaper copies, check out bargain book stores since there's no point in paying full price when you can get a discounted copy.
If you're looking for the boy himself, I'm sorry to say that he's doing so hunting just now so he's hard to track down!

if youre looking for a harry potter book you can find at barnes and noble for a good price. if u can't find it there try looking at Target.

Ummm... I'm assuming that you mean books. You can get them at just about any good sized bookstore- they're both common and popular. You can also get them from amazon.com or barnes&noble.com.
