Felix is right about the Black Codes. Award him 10 points. I seem to remember that Andrew Johnson's impeachment failed by one vote. One Congressman wanted it never to be said that a U.S. president was impeached. Maybe Johnson's bio in wikipedia will have it. No points for me, thanks. Wish I could help.
