Any of the silicone lens that they just started making. Very comfortable and don't dry out as much as the old disposables. Acuvue Advance are the popular ones (very comfy and not that expensive).
For color lenses- they will always pick up a bit of your natural eyecolor so go with a shade similar to your own to look the most natural.

Acevue are great for your eyes....they have this special made gel that makes your eyes comfortable and if you know how to place them in properly you wont be able to feel them....Ive often have forgotten Ive had them in their before...LOL!!

do you mean color contacts or regular? If you mean color, it depends on your eye color to begin with. I have dark green eyes and wear turquoise color blends, people always think its my real eyes.
