Get rid of welfare, for one thing. Free money doesn't help ANYONE in the end. No handouts!!
Secondly, jobs that require little or no schooling should be made available to poorer people and the homeless. Plus I think there should be some sort of place made where the homeless can recieve mail, because I know employers won't hire you without an address.
Lastly, poor Americans should be looked after first. No one who is here illegally. I'm sure someone who is starving and begging for change would love to have the job that a border-jumper currently has.
