This is an internet makeup company. I've successfully ordered from them before -- and they do have a great product -- but now it seems I've fallen into the category of the several other customers I know who've been in this position. As of today I've been attempting to contact them for 2 full weeks, with no reply: I've sent 3 emails. There is no other way to contact them, as they have no listed phone number. One other customer and I have attempted to locate one via Google, but found nothing.

In any case, they have my money but I have no product -- and I know for a fact that it hasn't been shipped. What should I do?

Internet companies use third parties to process billing. Contact the third party and submit a claim the companies business shall come to a screeching halt and I am sure action shall be done.
