Is there anything I can do about it, other than a Tylenol, they don't work, they NEVER work.... and now, my eyes are watering it hurts sooo bad! (I'm not crying, YET?!?!) Anything other than medicine? I tried to take a nap, but it hurts, and I just can't fathom this anymore!!!! I'm probably going to be leaving soon, to go somewhere, so if it can be done on the road, please tell me!!
(plz don't suggest the doctor, i hate that place, the doctor, ugh, the though of that hell hole makes me even sick-er!)

Sinus headaches are ...uch
I'm sorry but you'll have to go to the doctor eventually, depending on how bad they are they don't just go away.
It hurts more if you lie down I don't know why probably something to do with gravity.
Stop off by a pharmacy and ask them for a potent nasal spray or medication to clear the sinuses.
I would go to the doctor though because if you don't take something it's only going to get worse.

I know I was suffering from migraines and sinus headaches real bad for several years. Turns out the problem was with my sinuses themselves and my doctor put me on allergy medication (Claritin). Turns out, when I take that every day, my sinuses don't feel stuffed up and I rarely get a migraine now.

Get alot of those and the best medicine that really took care of it is Aleve Sinus headache, if you can get it in your area. Otherwise, i have taken Excedrin sinus headache and that works ok.

Buy some Sine-aid, it's made for sinus headaches, and get you a can of Simply Saline, and you will feel much better!!!!

There are plenty of sold/sinus medications you can buy off the shelf. Tylenol,Advil and Sinutab just to name a few. There is a nasal spray too with normal saline solution that eases pressure in your nasal cavity and loosens congestion.

try sinus cold med by Bendyrl or Advail. Therma flu stuff is pretty good. They will put you to sleep. You might have to get them from the druggist because of the new laws. I tried the Ty with their new decongestion, and it didn't work that good.

In all honesty, give yourself an orgasm! It really works for me when I feel any slight headache or migraine coming on. Try it, what have you got to lose?

Take a steam bath,by boiling some water in a pot, when water
is boiling,take it from the stove,grab a towel and put your head
over the pot(steam)and cover your head with the towel,
breath in and out through the nose, repeat several times!

tylenol cold and allergy pills will work better..or you can put a hot water bottle on your forehead or a hot towel will work too to help relieve the pressure as will a saline spray for your nose
