yeah... I went through withdrawals myself.
Answers is to Yahoo Message Board addicts as methadone is to heroin addicts. Not quite the same, but weans you off of the hard stuff.
About.com has extensive discussion boards on a variety of specific topics.
Also, most regional newspapers have discussion boards.
