im not saying that there isnt an enemy but this is more of a white wash , in no way do i want any person to be killed in any way , this just does not resemble a war to me . odviously the radical islamists have killed some of them but not 650,000 of them (odviously some of those being radicals killed).

WHATS YOUR VIEW??

to all the brain washed fox watching people that call me some sort of a "liberal", couldnt be further from the truth . im all for freedom and to take our rights , make us all suspects , mass big brother ,police state and all the other implementations under the sham title "the war on terror" is wrong , they do all this yet our boarders are still open, i dont agree with illegal wars and i feel political corectness is nothing more than a divide and conquer exercise and i wont take part in it , if you cant comprehend common sence tuff.

What illegal war??? It was voted on and supported by the congress you moron!

The above user who entered this. Please note just because Congress voted to invade Iraq doesn't make it legal on the International stage.
The facts were manipulated and WMD was used as an excuse to bluff us all into believing it was only a matter of time before Iraq invaded the USA. Don't forget they did say that Iraq was involved in 9/11. Utter C**p from start to finish. They were people inside the security community who didn't believe the stories of WMD and there was no real evidence to back it up (in the dim and distant past yes, but not in 2003), but their concerns were ignored because that's not what Bush and the rest of the Gov wanted to hear. Iraq did not pose a threat to the USA!
The second point is it is ILLEGAL under International law to invade another country in order to remove it's government no matter how evil that government may be and that is a fact!
I watched FOX news in the early days of the invasion and quite frankly the reporting was biased rubbish. I expect a News channel to report the exact facts and nothing more, that's what they are supposed to do.
All those wasted lives of those poor soldiers and lets not forget those that are now disabled for the rest of their lives and they are many thousands of them.
I wonder how many sons and daughters of the present Administration are serving in Iraq, not a single one!
The waste of billions and billions of dollars and when will the costs ever stop mounting up. China must be sitting back taking it all in and thinking how foolish the Bush administration have been. They must be laughing.
To the Ladies and Gents who initially supported the war lets get real, you were lied to..!

Ever notice, historically, the guy with the biggest weapons kills the most? Did you think "shock and awe" selectively landed only on empty buildings with no collateral damage? War on Terror? Not when you have a border so porous teenagers can walk through it without a boo being said to them. Until we take some actions that actively protect us instead of retroactive 'scanners' I'm going out on a limb here and saying Bush is waving a big flag and its time we found out what hes doing behind his back, I have a feeling, that like opening our mail, hes been very, very bad. As to the head honchos knowing "things we don't know" maybe at one time they could do that, but the Internet has bunches of yappers and the odds of anything that's actually happened staying secret are increasingly long.
Not all wars have an equal number of losses, if you are lucky, its your side that sustains the least, but at least I can understand why the Iraqis aren't too fond of us either.

The war in Iraq replaced into not just to get Saddam. He replaced into in simple terms a factor, which you will understand, in case you paid interest. The war is approximately liberating a rustic of tyrany, and coming up a democratic united states of america. Giving new wish to a torn united states of america, and routing out terrorism. Saddam Hussein wasn't complying to the resolutions, and on the ideal 5 record of terrorist international locations, and believed to have WMD that have been got here across. His regime is roofed interior the war against terror, not in simple terms for usa, yet for Iraq's very own human beings. The lives of our stable soldier's is under no circumstances properly well worth the soreness we go through as quickly as we lose them. They deserve the optimum honor conceivable, for staying the path, and doing for us what some human beings can not do, (or WONT, such as you. you will desire to be on your knees thanking them, for the the main suitable option to make nonsense). you're hurting our stable infantrymen once you're making the main them like this. they are there to do a job, and that they do it properly. They understand this, yet do not want human beings such as you attempting to tear their honor down. Bless American, and British soldier's for having the flexibility and honor to bare this war, regardless of the distention of uneducated anger, you attempt to reason interior u . s . a .. a tender kiss, from me to them!

You are correct, the USA is once again embarking on Empire building at the cost of other peoples lives.
The whole justification for the war is a sham and illegal and the allegations of WMD proven to be false.
Where is the organistaion to obtain justice for the Iraqi and Afgan people who are the testing ground for the USA - WMD.

Looking at the comments above, I would say people are pretty stupid, what it is, people don't know how to answer the question, they can't be bothered to use some brain cell's (if they have any) and type a genuine answer, so they discredit the messenger, instead of listening to the message. I know what your saying, like, if you question 9/11, they call you a conspiracy theorist, they do this because they know that you are up on the facts, where as they are up on the bull sh*t, so they discredit you. Questioning 9/11 doesn't make you a conspiracy theorist, it means you are someone who wants to learn, someone who wants to judge for yourself, they, including me, look to Science, we look to Logic, Science is the truth. People don't understand Science, so they believe the bull ****.

My view is are your figures accurate?

I'm aware of the American troop losses and the figures when totted up are emotive.

The media use the figures to support their stance on the conflict.

How many people have been killed on the roads of USA within the same time scale.

There is quite a lot hidden which we the people never will be told.

I will defend myself to the death, if necessary, however, I will not attack another person under any pretext, having a private agenda known only to myself.
