I don't understand the question about white people can't be white. If white people can't be white, what are they suppose to be?

I think this is referring to the same principle as why a black comedian can get up on stage and over and over use a word (the N word) that if a white man says it gets them in a world of trouble.
Its an over correction of society. The white man of yesteryear did some wrong things. I will be the first to admit that. But TODAY...I do not practice the mistakes of generations from the past. I treat everyone equal and let an individuals actions determine how I feel about them.
The over correction comes when tables come reversed. The white man is not in slavery. But I do believe that often a white man's actions and options are held harshly in check because of the actions of prior generations. Was slavery right? Poor treatment of Native Americans?
NO!
Neither is it right to take away a mans free speech today...nor give a job to a less qualified individual because they are of the right gender, race, or sexual orientation, to fill a quota. But it happens.
For those having trouble with the question...I think THIS is along the lines of what is being asked.

I have been wondering the same thing...I have friends of both races but I noticed my black friends talk about "black power" and such but my white friends can not use such an expression without being labeled racists or hate mongers. I think everyone should be allowed to be proud of their race without being labeled racist.

I understand the question employers tend to walk on egg shells around blacks and they know it. black have more discrimination rights than whites.Blacks will push the envelope to the max to see if the employer will stand up to them, then they go fill a law suite.where I work the blacks are lazy and park in the handicap zone the management will not say one word to them but if I would park there (and I would not) they would have no problem telling me to move my car and fine me $50.00.
