Thank you to those of you who are nice and intelligent with your answers, as I don't have insurance or a family doctor- to all others karma is a mother.

My doctor recommended hydrocortisone cream 1/2% only use it twice a week. This helped my daugthers skin. She would also get red bumps from spitting up in her sleep. It got rid of those also! I know Walgreens has it. I would check with your doctor also though incase it is something different!

My daughter is two month old too! :-) She has experienced this, attempt going to the drugstore and get a cream called 'QV' or 'DermAid' those are not harsh in any respect, and have no fragrances or chemical components in them. My daughter is affected by eczema, yet has had pimples too... those creams paintings a manage! they are particularly going away.

I suggest you go and ask a doctor for help, but in this case it could be signs of eczema because my sister has that now.

I would say his skin is dried out. Use some Aveeno baby cream or use vaseline. If it does not clear up see your pediatriction.
