Let's say..if we put a female and male roach on Mars?

They would die after being dropped off via suffocation, since the atmosphere of Mars is almost Carbon Dioxide (95.32%), whereas oxygen is almost a trace element there (0.13%).
Other planets have minimal oxygen content in their atmosphere as well. Therefore, insects (which breath oxygen through their spiracles) would die from lack of oxygen in the air.

Either they would adapt very fast or die. How they adapt is that in every generation only the roaches which are better at serviving in their inviroment will have offspring. So after a few generations they all are well suited to survive. That hostile of a enviroment due to the lack of oxygen, water, and food would not allow them to live long enough to reproduce and adapt. Hence death.

The bugs would die within hours, maybe even seconds of being introduced into the Martian or Venusian atmosphere... there's just not enough water, oxygen or protection from solar and cosmic radiation.

They would die. There is no other planet in in our solar system capable of supporting life, not even insect life.
