Everyone feels like this sometimes, the way I feel better is if I try and improve the things that are worrying me.
If your complection looks dull you could try a little gentle exfoliating scrub every other day for a few weeks. A quick fix is to get a tinted moisturiser, they can be really great.
If you hate your hair, visit a hairdresser, I know I feel so much better after that, try changing your shampoo (sometimes you just need to change your shampoo, I don't know why it works but it does).
I have bad dark circles too and I feel awful about them, I've tried everything and there is nothing that can be done. Some people just have it worse than others but don't think that no one else suffers from this, they just wear make-up to cover it!
I put liquid concealer on them and it really does the job. I am in the UK and Boots do a great one for under the eyes, all the major cosmetic companys have their own type. I know I shouldn't wear it really but it does make me feel much better!
Final step is to go and have more fun, this will make you look more energised and healthy too!

Maybe if you would stop complaining about it then you would feel better. You need to get some confidence first then maybe everything else will fall into place. The only way to get a bright and cheerful face is to be happy and have a smile on your face, but most of all you have to feel good inside to let it show on the outside. If your having bad hair days then try a new style so that you can get out of the norm. We all have bad hair days and all of us have dry hair at some point. When this happens just fix the problem. It's not like it can't be fixed. I don't know what race you are, but I'm a black female, and we as black females don't have to wash our hair everyday. We usually wash it once a week because our hair is naturally dry. If your not then I would suggest you wash your hair everyday or every other day. Also dark circles are not the result of not getting enough sleep as most people think. Their are plenty of products in most stores stores such as Target, etc.... that sell products to help with dark circles. You could always go to a store and ask where their products for dark circles are located in that particular store. Your making your problems bigger then what they really are. Boost your self-esteem because you don't seem like you have any. I'm very sure your not ugly like you think you are. Sometimes we can be our own worst critics.

First of all, use a good face wash Noxema is good. Also Use something to mositurize ( Olay) If your hair is dry wash it every other day, ( i have oily hair, i wash mine daily) don't use a cheap shampoo, Buy something that is good for your hair ThermaSilk is a good brand. As for the circles under your eyes, ive heard that cucumbers work, i don't know that is is true. Also use a Mud Mask once a week on your face. As for sleep, are you getting quality sleep? If you can't get 8 hrs of quality get 6 or 7. Go to the mall and have them give you a free facial and they will also teach you some techniques for make up, another good idea is to allow a mary kay rep to host a party at your house, this way someone can personally help you and show you good products for your skin.

Buy a box of regular, old fashioned unflavored gelatin (e.g. Knox) from grocery store. Take a small cup or bowl and put in 1 teaspoon of the gelatin mix. Add one tablespoon of boiling water & stir for a minute. Test it on your wrist to make sure it is not too hot. Then, using a cotton ball, pat it under your eyes as you would an eye cream or gel. Go lie down and listen to some music, or take a bath & let it stay on for at least 30 minutes. Then just rinse it off.
Gelatin is very high in Vitamin K & Biotin. It will not remove your dark circles on the first application (but you will notice a difference), but if you do it daily for a week, and then 2-3 times a week for maintenance, you should notice a drastic reduction in dark circles.

you need a make over! shampoo your hair once every other day, try putting on olive oil for 30 mins and wash and you will notice your hair easier to manage. use your hair dryer to style it up along with some mousse or wax or spray, whatever you need to get your hair right. for you face, get a scrub!! or face mask. do it once a week. dark circles = use some expensive eye cream and learn the magic of cosmetics!!

It seems to me that you can benefit from using bright and cheerful make up colors. And how is your life (when we are troubled it shows up on our appearances ) ... If everything is OK otherwise, just keep rolling, everyone has a bad hair day from time to time. It is OK to wash your hair every day if needed, just be sure to use an adequate shampoo and conditioner (mild, for frequent use).

sounds like you are not gonna look better until you feel better....dont be so down on yourself...i bet there is or will be, someone who thinks you are very close to perfect....do some self-esteem things for yourself...focus on your good qualities instead of your flaws...nobody ever really sees you the way you do....my mom told me that when i was young and whenever i think i look rough - i just brush it off, and dont worry about it - i know i am the one that sees everything that is not perfect, to other ppl i just look like another person in this game we call life
