Christ tell him you tired what people think
and to release your worry in the name of Jesus
and cover in peace of mind. and i guarantee
u you will care for it no more and you mind
will be at peace trust me it help when i pray
and worry about how people talk and look at
me, they are just jealous you are unique
and beautiful, on the other if u need work
on your personality pray about that too.

what everyone wants most in the world is to be accepted. whether you like it or not, thats the way it is. someone may want to be accepted by just one person while another wants to be accepted by a whole clique, or for others, they want to be accepted by everybody. some people feel that their every move is being critiqued. i used to have a big problem with acceptance myself. the main thing you have to do is BREATHE. if you need a confidence booster, just say to yourself "I am ____ and there is nobody else in the world better than me." It sounds cheesy, i know, but hey, it works for me. If you ALMOST ALWAYS feel pressured about what other people think of you, you should take note of what you do when it happens. You may fidget, clench your fists, or hold your breath so long you dont remember when you last breathed. You may have too much anxiety going on which can be treated by medication.

Try counting backwards from a hundred by three. Ex...100, 97, 94, etc. By the time you reach one you'll feel calmer. With practice it wont take very long to complete the exercise. You can also try visualizing all the anxiety inside yourself as a red haze. Tell yourself youre better than those feelings and imagine the haze seeping out of your body to be replaced by your favorite color.

Realize that no matter what you do people are going to have an opinion of you and everyone else.
Might sounds corny!!!!
I sometimes look in the mirror and say, I am somebody over and over again. Sometimes my co-workers are unpleasant at times or say sarcastic remarks. I look at them and say okay and keep on moving. When they come to me for help I talk to them in a professional and pleasant manner. They can't help but be pleasant and respectful back. Keep telling yourself that they are not better than me.

Every time you go into a situation where you know you are going to worry about how people see you, I would focus on the things about yourself that you know are good and thank God for them.

Well, you could read a book. "How to stop Worrying and Start Living" by Dale Carnegie. Basically it is about not worrying about things you CAN NOT control. why worry???? there is NOTHING you can do about what other people think.

I think it's more about having self-confidence, you have to believe in yourself, be okay with yourself and realize that you are special for being you! Once you can do that, then it becomes easier to not worry about what people think of you. Good Luck!

yeah, grow an ego and a spine, just tell yourself over and over again "i am the most magnificent person on this planet, all others are pebbles beneath my feet." it works, it worked for me, but then again i freaking rule and i can't expect everyone to be as good as i am.
