Depending on where you come from there will likely be culture shock - we are very daring and revealing in the way we dress, we eat out a lot, we drive everywhere, we are constantly on the go. The average person does not farm here nor do they know the first thing about it. It is quicker and probably cheaper to run to a fast food place then to cook a real meal, etc. Good luck!

Before you write anything, put a blank sheet of paper in front of you. Write down ideas, feelings, anything that comes to mind. Even just a single word. Don't even think too hard. This is what teachers refer to as writing an 'outline,' but that is too formal. Pro writers carry a notebook with them jotting down ideas to write about. They may think about the story they are writing for days or for weeks, months, or even years, just jotting things down. The key phrases in your subject are 'homesick,' 'what it will be like,' 'problems or challenges.' Reflect on those three things for as long as you can, jotting stuff down. Write things about how your life is now and how you think it will change. Perhaps do some research on your culture versus the U.S. Remember, you don't have to use everything you put down. When you feel you have enough, use your other writing skills to connect it all together in a double spaced rough draft. When other things come to mind, and they will, and to make changes, put it into the extra space. Come back to it the next day. Your imagination has been running for 24 hours and there will be more things to write, and/or changes to make. You can of course do this more than once. You will feel something different the next day. This is your own changing perspective. Get another person(s) to read it and give feedback. After getting all this done, put it in final form, polish it, check grammar and spelling. If you learn all of this, you can write about anything. Hope this helps.

how the us family lives their lives compared to what you are used to
when meals are eaten, how they are eaten like the entire family or just everyone make their own meals
feeling left out sometimes, alone
feeling like part of the family
I would say something like:
I now that living in another country will bring many obstacles and challenges for me and the family I live with. I am ready to face each of these and do whatever I can to make this as comfortable as possible for the both of us. I would like to sit down with the family and maybe go over their rules of the house and what I am used to and let them know I will respect their house rules while I am living there. I will ask them if their are chores to be split up so that I can help with my part around the house.
I understand that families will have just as tough time as I will living there and will also give them their own family time when it is needed. I really look forward to seeing the United States and the people and how the lifestyles are different. This is an opportunity I would hate to have to pass up, and I hope that I am chosen to live there. I will stay in contact with my family and friends by writing or having them call me to help alleviate the lonliness I may feel from being so far from home. I will talk with my new family and make new friends as well.
I understand this is going to be hard for everyone but will promise to do my best to make this as smooth as I can.

Well I think that honesty is best... mostly just put yourself in the postion.. I had to be in a foster home once and it was someplace I felt like the outsider.. I was a city girl living in hick town with rednecks... I really tried to just embrace this new life and try to make it work for me.. I made some friends but never forgot where I came from and who was beside me when I was home. Its an adventure so just go with it and take it for what you can.,. Enjoy it and learn from it.. Change is good.. it develops us.

Before you write a single word of your essay, you're going to need to learn how to spell and punctuate.
"u" "plz" and "wat" aren't even words. If you write your essay like this you are guaranteed to fail, even if you make a really good point.
