Views on Ken's (BB) outburst about Jade? was he right to call her a guttersnipe?

I agree with Ken, but I think he was actually being kind by only calling her a 'guttersnipe'.
She's an appalling woman with few social skills. She's inarticulate, brash, unintelligent, and a waste of space.
Her mother is even worse.

He wasn't out of order compared to jades mothers language he was tame, don't blame him in the least, he'd had about enough and I would have been the same if I was in his shoes, she's as common-as-muck, she thinks she's blooming wonderful but her face is damn ugly, if she had a nice personality it would help but she has neither, people who like her and buy her merchandise must be really thick as two short planks, adding money to her millions stowed away in her bank account for doing sod all, saddos buying such rubbish are to blame for putting her where she is in the first place, Ken ain't no snob he was just saying what the majority of intelligent people were thinking anyway, this has been reflected in the lowsy ratings the show has earned since putting jade and co in the house, he tried to be polite with them originally but it came to the point where he'd had about enough and had to burst with anger, can't blame him for wanting to get out there, too much hassle at his wisened age, BB once again trying to decide for the public who they want to win, a mouthy person like Jade who has made money for nowt, unlike the thousands of doctors etc who get paid a pittance in comparison for saving lives and who ironically would be expected to help save her life should she be in a serious accident etc, the world's gone mad, and shows like this reflect this notion entirely, be a gobby talentless idiot and you will go far!

It was a rude and ungentlemanly thing to say. However, I appreciate his general sentiments, Jade is a horrid example of the cult of celebrity taken to extreme. She has no talent, no praiseworthy qualities and is famous just for being famous! A sad reflection on our culture. Having said that, in his day Ken was somewhat notorious for pushing the boundaries of what constituted entertainment himself, so his comments do conjure up thoughts on Kettles and Black!

Never saw it, but Ken as a talented director and scriptwriter has many years experience in the celebrity game so I should think he knows what he's talking about.

Ken, ( Who is he?) shows he is no gentleman by calling Jade a guttersnipe. I like Jade she may appear dim but she is no fool, it is her act and she is making lots of money doing it,she is pretty harmless and is the product of the age we live in, it cheers me up every time I watch her, she is a bit of fun.Long may she prosper.
