Go and talk to your Doctor, preferably your gyn. Have an ultrasound done, because sometimes you could still be pregnant, but your hormones and ph balance isn't high enough to detect in a pregnancy test. The best thing is to have a sonogram. If you can't wait for your doctor's appointment then go to your nearest emergency room and let them know that you have been having severe stomach pains. You will automatically get a pregnancy test and ultrasound, to root out the prognosis.

How late are you? I tested negative right around my due date for my period. I was sure I was pregnant because I could feel pains already. I was going in for surgery. I was actually a day late a day after surgery (or a week). I did not test positive until then. Make sure you are doing the test correctly. If you are normally regular every month. Then there is a great chance you are in fact pregnant. Good luck to you!

its normal for women to have irregular periods when not taking bc pills. After pregnancy has been ruled out, other factors such as stress (holidays, final exams, presentations), other illnesses or medication, a change in eating habits, increased exercise, or weight loss/gain will be considered by the Provider. Any of the above changes may cause for a woman to skip a period.

Some oral contraceptives can also cause a woman to skip her period. The estrogen content in these pills is low, which causing the endometrial lining of the uterus to become thin. Over time the menstrual periods will become very light and may even result in a skipped period. Other contraceptives, like Depo-Provera may cause a woman to stop having periods altogether.

It is important to note that in the absence of pregnancy, woman may occasionally miss periods. This is usually normal. If you have missed 2 or more periods in a row, we encourage you to make an appointment with Women's Health.

There's so much to consider- stress makes you late with your period, so just worrying about it makes you late. Also, pregnancy tests really are better to take in the morning with the first time you go to the bathroom because the pregnancy hormone is the strongest at the time. Trust me- I have four kids and none of them were planned, so be careful!!!! (All of them with the same man, though) :)

How late are you. If you have been under a lot of stress lately there you go, stress delays periods or can cause them not to come at all. If you go two months with out a period and test still come up negative call your doctor, but till then it is normal.

You may be pregnant, just not pregnant enough to react with the test. You can wait a few more days and re-test, or go to your doctor and try his urine test, which is more sensitive than the over the counter ones. Good luck!

It could be that you are stressed out and it is causing your friend not to come OR it could be that it is still too early for test to detect. You should go to a doctor and get a blood test that is a sure way of finding out.

Sometimes it takes awhile for it to show up on cheap pregnancy tests. If you're really concerned, go to the doc. Otherwise, it may just be that your period is changing over to a different time change.

If you have been trying to get pregnant then you are probably a little stressed but if you suspect that you are pregnant, just go to your doctor or local health department and get a blood test done. It would be cheaper for you if you went a health department to get it done.

Maybe you are stressed because of this situation, that is why you are late. Nothing is wrong just your period is a little bit late, as the tests said!
