is it true i can use a PSP as a controller for the PS3??

only on the 60GB playstation

First you update you PSP to 3.03 from http://www.us.playstation.com/psp/
Then when you finished updating, go to the last icon of it, which would be network. Go down until you see 'Remote play'. And click on it. You have to connect to Internet to set it up. Follow the instructions. And you should be able to play PS3 with a PSP as a controller.
