Squats are great. Just stand up straight, sit down all the way you can (if you can bend your legs completely without falling over that's great), then go back up. Dancers do them all the time.
Another great one is lunges. legs together, keep one foot in place and put the other one forward, bend at the knee, push back up to the starting position, and switch legs. You can also try putting the moving leg backwards.

If you are looking for toning up. Get a stretch cord (you can pick up almost anywhere) and check out online there are some great exercies you can use to tone and firm.

invisible chair against the wall...or pick up a work out video those are always fun, and no one's around to watch you fall behind a few steps ...i love those things!
