I watched the first episode of the show last night.....I understand it is a spin off of Flava of Love...but my goodness.....is it me or are they like one in the same....I mean couldn't we have been a little more creative....it is like the same show...different person...different name....you all say what.....but understand this...I will watch it so I can get my laugh on...........LOL

♥ When I first saw the preview of the season I thought I wouldn't like it at all, but when I watched the first episode I loved it. It made me laugh a lot but it's like Flavor of Love, like you said but with a different person and stuff.

So I am a liberal woman with some pretty strong political progressive views for African-Americans.. but honestly.. although I can think of a billion reasons why not to watch the show.. I love it! Yeah.. it is trash television in the making.. but honestly you have to give her props. She .. from the projects is making giant leaps and bounds towards financial freedom.. without flav.
Nonetheless.. the show was so funny.. I couldn't stop watching. I will probably turn it on tonight just to smile again.
Like the guy from Georgetown.. thinking that he was pimping in his pink and green.. ha ha!! And what about the guys who are a little to sweet for comfort.
All just fun... and funny.
Give her her props and money.. she deserves it.

I suppose it's difficult to decide on only one. I loved the episode whilst Ricky complained that Lucy had to keep on the cheap,She permed her possess hair and made her possess get dressed. The outcome had been hilarious.I additionally loved the episode wherein Lucy , Ricky,Ethel and Fred went to dinner at a posh eating place.Lucy saved replacing her now not handiest her order however their desk as good a lot to the chagrin of the waiter. I additionally loved the episode with Lucy and Harpo Marx. Good loved ones comedy .

I can't stand New York or her mother, but I watch the show just because I'm hoping for something good to happen. I think she is real ignorant and so is her mother and they definitely showcased that last night. Last but not least they both look like men!!!

Well, personally I hate the biatch. I can't stand her. But I have to admit that I will be watching the show because I'm pretty sure that I will get a few good laughs form it. And New York's mom makes me laugh. She just looks so fugly, it's unbelieveable. Oh... and New York actually looks decent.

i didn't see the first episode, but i saw a preview of the season, and yeah, it is gonna be like flava flav's show but thats ok b/c flavor of love was funny. and new york.....hilarious. i am definitely going to be watching her show.

Well...honestly, I LOVE IT! I dunno, but even since the 1st season of FOL (flava of love) she fascinates me! I think Flava should have picked her, cause they're both kinda kooky...perfect match. I do agree that the premise of both shows are the same, but man all I could do yesterday was laugh and laugh with New York's mom..and New York herself

It is pretty similar to Flav's but I must tip my hat to Ms. New York, she is the only one from his show that spun off on her own and will be famous and find the man of her dreams- hopefully. I like the show though, because finally us women get some eye candy!

i agree i didn't like it either b/c of the same reasons plus i dont like her or her mom she looks like a monkey and they are so much alike but the apple doesn't fall far from the tree NEW YORK THINKS SHE IS THE HEAD B*TCH AND SWEETIE, YOUR NOT YOU JUST LOOK LIKE A GHETTO FOOL ITS A SHAME but the show i think it is going to be funny but i might watch idk yet but i do want to see whole the hell fainted and what will happen between chance and new york's mom that might be the only reason i watch and i wonder is that mansion really hers i hope not because she dont deserve it
