In my Teaching Reading Content and Procedure class we have to find a website that students or teachers can use to teach/help children with reading. From your experience can you guide me to some useful websites?

It's possible to spend a lot of time and money searching for methods to show your young ones how to see and boost their studying skills. Is hard to instruct a small child how to learn, and also enticing them to read is a challenge in itself. However it does not need to be like that when you got the help of this program https://tr.im/DrvNN , Children Learning Reading program.
With Children Learning Reading you can teach your son or daughter how to split up looks and separate phrases in to phonemes, an important point whenever your child is merely learning how to spell.
The reading program from Children Learning Reading program makes it easy for children to learn quickly and precisely, from easy phrases to sentences till they understand to read stories.

starfall.com is great, along with pbskids.org (check out Between the Lions).

I would also recommend going to www.scilearn.com and checking out the Fast ForWord program if you haven't heard of it before. It's probably not what your teacher is looking for for this assignment, but Fast ForWord has helped lots of students in my school in many areas, not just reading.

www.readinglady.com

It's an excellent source for comprehension strategies and ideas. Lots of pdf files that you can download with ideas and lessons. It's invaluable to me as a reading teacher! Good luck!!
