is there a way to watch Sky TV on your PC? because I live in a rented house and am not allowed to put a dish on the house so can't get sky ... unless I can get it via my PC ... for free would be great too?!!!

Unfortunately not. If you have sky already they have a service called sky by broadband that allows you to download certain things but you need a current sky subscription.

Unless you definately want the Sky subscription channels you should buy a Freeview box for about £30 and settle for the 30 or so free digital terrestrial channels. See BBC web site for details.

If you've got an account with Sky (i.e. you pay a monthly subscription) then you can get Sky Anytime for a PC but it's very limited on it's content.

Basically the answer is no.

after we were in Iraq we may watch television on the web, because we didnt get english television stations. There are contraptions to attatch on your pc to do it. (pc television tuners) countless human beings attempt this because they could watch their shows at the same time as operating, somewhat than turning far flung from the pc to video show television, and lose productiveness (i guess)

you can go to www.sky.com and enter your viewing card details and download or watch films via your computer
