can any body suggest any good course or certification???

C++ is one of the hardest languages out there to grasp, i would get to know Java or Visualbasic first, then step up to C++ after a couple of years.
In addition, getting a qualification in something certainly does not mean you can easily get a job with that skill, business use of a skill and academic use of a skill are entirely different.

Try to take an English course first, then C++.

It might help to learn how to type properly or speak proper english prior to taking on such course work!
