Before ovulation, my temps were around 97.2 and after, they are between 97.5-97.7. It was hard to even tell when my ovulation spike was. I don't exercise much, but am fairly thin - and I had my hormone levels checked when I went to the gyno for a prenatal check-up and everything was fine. I am starting to get frustrated! I am 30, ttc for a year now and had a chemical pregnancy in September. Help!

You want an elevation of about .4 degrees, and it looks like you've got that. All women's temps are different...do you also watch for other changes such as your cervical mucus? If this seems to coincide with your rise in temp, then you are probably ovulating. Actually, you must because you did get pregnant! Unfortunately, some of us are not as lucky as the others, and it takes us a lot longer to conceive for no apparent reason. Believe me, I know as I'm going through the same thing...all tests came back normal, but I had an ectopic three years ago and just had a miscarriage...
Have you had your gyno do the standard tests for infertility (pelvic ultrasound, day 3 FSH, etc.)? How about for PCOS?
I know it's lots of questions, but it may help to ease some of your frustration (or it may just add to it!) to get these answers if you haven't already.
I am currently taking the herbal supplement Vitex as well as drinking Traditional Medicinals Pregnancy Tea, and I think it's helping me...although I had a miscarriage, I still conceived for a second time and that gives me hope. I have tried Ovulex in the past with no success, as well as using progesterone cream from ovulation to the first day of my period. There are so many options out there, so don't give up hope...you're still young, so even though it's so much easier said than done, just try to take it day by day. You got pregnant once, so it's bound to happen again! I wish you much luck - at least you can have fun trying!

Did you have a Progesterone test on day 21? If the gyn says your hormone levels are fine, then you probably don't have anything to worry about. Sometimes if you don't make enough Progesterone, your temperatures don't rise after you ovulate. If they dip below the coverline (draw this above the top temperatures of the pre-ovulatory part of your cycle) in the 14 days after ovulation, Progesterone might be the problem. You can find cycle galleries on the web which give you an idea of what average cycles look like -- though beware, there's no such thing as a normal cycle!
