What would happen if someone other than He-Man or She-Ra would use the swords and say: "For the Honor of Grayskull!" in She-Ra's case?

Nothing as the swords were meant for Prince Adam and the Princess, can't think of her name.
In response to the mistaken answerer "By the Power of Greyskull" and "For the Honor of Greyskull" are equally correct as the power of She-ra was summoned by the latter phrase.

Well first the phrase is "By the POWER of Grayskull. And without the anointment from the sorceress, nothing will happen if someone else said the phrase. I assume at least. I never watched She-ra. That was too soft for my liking.
