My wife and I each have an Ipod and I I don't want to have to pay for the song twice.

if you can download it to two different iPods, you should be able to play on both at the same time - they wouldn't know that one copy is already playing.

As long as all of the ipods have been synced to your itunes. I have about 4 ipods that I have put my music on.. It is way cheaper..

yes. sync both ipods to the one itunes on ur comp and it will download and update both ipods
