only thing close to a period that i get is brown spotting almost every month with a little bit of red in it sometimes. or lets say if i go to the restroom sometimes when i wipe it will be pink then i go to change tampon later on and its just brown and very very light. usually i don't even have to use a tampon or anything. but i do when im at work so i dont get any of that brown spotting on my underwear, cuz their are times when i do get some on my underwear, especially if i'm up and running around during the day.....

That could be a normal period for you. And your menstrual cycle and you ovulatory cycle are two different things. You do not necessarily need one for the other. It sounds to me like that is just the norm for you. Try tracking your cycle and there are many ways you can tell if you ovulate. The best way in my opinion is to touch your cervix. If it is low it is not a fertile day, if it is high it is a fertile day. Good luck!
