1. Use a gentle makeup remover. I like Clinique's & Cetaphil face wash is also very good.

2. Curl your lashes before applying mascara. Try She Uemura's lash curler or one like it. (www.sephora.com)

3. Avoid waterproof mascaras. They can dry the lashes.

If you must use a waterproof formula then soak a cotton pad w/ makeup remover and gently press it against your closed eye for 1-2 minutes before wiping. Jojoba oil is good for this too. It is non-comedogenic and conditions the lashes. Desert Essence is my favorite brand. (www.desertessence.com)

4. Try only curling your lashes, wearing mascara or skipping both and wearing eyeliner instead a few days a week to give them a break.

Cream eyeliner or a dark eye shadow applied along the lash line are the easiest to remove.

Oh I hate when that happens. THe only thing to really do it to be gentle as possible and maybe not curl your lashes everyday (which I dont think I could do I love curling). I also have a problem at the end of the night my mascara gets crunchy and I have a habit of picking my mascara off my lashes and my lashes sometimes pull out. DONT do this. I try to wash my face before i start doing that cause its a habit.

you should put some vitamin E on your lashes before you go to sleep. this help protect your eyelashes.

and it's common that eye lashes(1 or 2) fall out, but not every time you remove your make ups.:)
