Dallas, Texas - my landlord has several rent homes....how can i find out how many others he has evicted? and can i find out the reasons?

Check at the county courthouse for petitions in his name or his companies name. In most cases a landlord has to file in court in order to forcibly evict a tenant. The courthouse self help clerks desk will also have information regarding tenant's rights related to if and when an eviction can be carried out against them.

Usually this question is other way around and easier to research. For you, one must goto your local county hall of records and do a query/search after paying a fee to a clerk to have permission to perform a search. Property mgmt leasing professional 5 years.
