First we must ask how you determined your LCD Monitor was a male?
Then we can say that simple window cleaner wipes work fine. If it is just dust on the screen, a simple cotton cloth will work fine also. Don't use anything abrasive or any harsh cleansers.
Let us know how you determine sex.

I use this stuff called Pixel Clean and it works wonders on my LCD monitor. Hope I could help!

Did you have to lift up the power cord to determine that your monitor was a male?
Lint free cloth. Or buy the special monitor wipes...blue for boy, pink for girl.

There are dust cloths that you can get that use static electricity to trap the dust in the cloth. They're called "microfiber" cloths. I use them on my monitors and they work great. You might research this.
