I like to tell it like it is, But to save some ones feelings i have sugar coated it.

Somethings need a little sugar coating some people can't handle the truth and need it in little doses, however some people only get the truth when it's brutally honest and real. So for me it depends and the person.

Depends on the problem & the person. If it is an immediate danger, short & to the point is safer. Some problems & some people need more finesse, though.
You've got to read the lay of the land & use common sense.

depends on the situation an d your comfort level with the person concerned. as long as you can get your point of view across successfully it doesnt matter how you do it. i am a bit of both sometimes...because people dont like to hear the naked truth most of the times!
